- Gumnut Threads
Located in Bathurst, NSW Australia, Gumnut Threads was started in 1994. They use the finest of the natural fibres – silk and wool to create a palette of unique subtly shaded threads.
- Colour Streams
The founder of Colour Streams, Robyn Alexander appreciated the style and flair that unusual embroidery threads could add to textile arts. For over 20 years, Robyn crafted an extensive range of colours, in various thicknesses of silk embroidery thread and widths of silk embroidery ribbons and quite a few specialty threads. Proudly Australian made.
Kacoonda hand-dyed silk threads are available in fine, medium, thick, two-ply twist and high twist. They are delightful to work with and give a beautiful finish to your embroidery.
- Cottage Garden Threads
Nestled in the quiet hills of country Victoria, Australia, Mother-Daughter duo Pam and Katie along with their passionate team of local women, design, create and produce these unique, hand dyed products one-by-one. Each piece leaves having been handled with care so that you too, can love the colour and feel the difference.
